Unity measures member satisfaction on a monthly and annual basis. Our results are monitored regularly to make certain members are receiving the best service possible.
Our overall member satisfaction is 98.1%*. Areas measured include access to providers, benefits coverage, care received, claims service, customer service and enrollment service.
*Based on 267 surveyed Unity members with claim submissions or customer service inquiries from January 2011 - July 2011 who responded “very satisfied” or “satisfied”. Unity’s member satisfaction survey is independent from NCQA quality measurements.
