Our "service area" is defined as the counties in which Unity Health Plans Insurance Corporation is licensed to market our products and services. Employers must be based in the service area in order to purchase Unity insurance.
Unity has providers located outside of the service area. Not all providers are available to all members. Visit the Using Your Plan section for more information on your plan type, and check out Find a Doctor to see what providers are available to you.
