MyChart—Your Employees’ Information Connection

It’s official—MyChart is now our secure online portal for Unity members age 18 and older. We’re really excited to offer one convenient location for members to access their Unity health insurance information plus their UW Health medical information.

MyChart offers many great features for your employees. Here are just a few:

View Unity benefit and claim information
Receive electronic explanation of benefits
Check on prior authorizations
Communicate with Unity Customer Service

Plus, if they receive care from UW Health they can:

View portions of their UW Health medical information including test results
Schedule appointments
Communicate with their health care team

Encourage your employees to request an account so they can benefit from all it offers, if they haven’t already. And, don’t forget to take advantage of the toolkit to help promote MyChart within your organization. You can find it by logging into your MyUnity account.

Unity's New Online Enrollment Tool

The new online enrollment tool is here!

We’ve waited a long time to share this with you. Now that it’s available for you to use, we want to share some of the features that we feel can make keeping track of your employees and their ongoing enrollment more manageable.

Here are just some of the ways it can help you:

The easy-to-use enrollment dashboard offers one convenient location to keep track of the status of all applications as well as manage current employees on your health plan.
The flexible application process provides you with the choice of completing a new application yourself or sending an email to your employee to complete.
The secure online access allows you to view your group’s enrollment information whenever it’s most convenient for you.

Be sure to log into your MyUnity account to take advantage of the benefits this new feature offers.
