NEW: Weight Watchers® Online is now included!
Wellness First provides the opportunity for members age 18 and over to receive reimbursement for taking community health education classes or for participating in the Weight Watchers® Online program. Unity will reimburse 50% of the class fee, up to a maximum of $50 per calendar year per member.
Classes must be held at one of Unity’s participating hospitals or clinics and fall into one of the following categories:
Members may choose to participate in as many health classes and programs they want to receive the maximum $50 reimbursement for the year.

*Please note: if any of the above classes lasts for more than one session, forms are due 3 months after the date of the last class. If classes are for partners, rather than single members, and both are Unity members, then one member can submit the reimbursement form.
