How do I enroll in Fitness First?
A one-time sign-up in Fitness First is required before your workouts will count toward a reward. To enroll, complete the enrollment form online. Your Fitness First enrollment will be effective the first day of the month of your enrollment.

How do I know Unity received my enrollment form?
You will receive a welcome email indicating your Fitness First effective date and the date your workouts will begin to count toward your reward.

Do I need to re-enroll each year in Fitness First?
No, you only need to enroll in Fitness First once.

How long does an exercise period need to be to qualify for Fitness First?
You should work out a minimum of 30 minutes each day to record an exercise period. Please note: a date can only be recorded once regardless of the number of workouts.

Who is eligible for the Fitness First reward?
Unity members who are over 18 years of age are eligible to work out for the reward.

What if I want to change health clubs?
If you want to make any changes to your Fitness First enrollment information, please complete the Fitness First change form within MyChart. If you’re changing health clubs, it is important to notify us so we can provide your name to your new health club.

When will I receive my reward check?
Reward checks will be issued quarterly. Please use the following schedule to learn when you should expect your reward check to be issued:

The reward checks issued on February 15 count towards the Fitness First & More program maximum for the prior calendar year.
