Children & Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD®)

Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD^® ) is a national non-profit organization. Founded in 1987, CHADD helps with the frustration and sense of isolation that individuals and the parents of children with ADHD may experience. Many individuals and families dealing with ADHD turn to CHADD for education, advocacy and support.

Unity offers reimbursement for your membership in CHADD through the Fitness First & More program. Unity will reimburse the class fee up to your Fitness First & More program maximum each calendar year.

Requirements for Reimbursement:

Be a Unity member
Submit a copy of the welcome letter from CHADD
Complete a Fitness First & More Reimbursement Form
Submit the above forms to Unity within three months following the end of your membership year
