As you journey toward parenthood, Unity wants to be your partner and provide information to help you deliver a healthy baby. 

What Is 9 Months & More?

Unity’s 9 Months & More program provides education and guidance throughout your pregnancy and the delivery of your baby. This program is available to all Unity members who are currently pregnant and continues until two months after you deliver your baby.

How the Program Works

After your health care practitioner confirms your pregnancy, ask him/her to enroll you in Unity’s 9 Months & More. Login to MyChart to learn more about 9 Months & More and how to enroll in the program.

Once you have submitted your enrollment form, a Quality Care Coordinator will contact you within two weeks to complete the enrollment process and discuss further details about 9 Months & More. Throughout the program you will have regular contact with a Quality Care Coordinator. You will also receive information about the stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and/or parenting class reimbursements and a gift upon completion of the program.
