Integrative Medicine combines health care disciplines and uses a variety of therapeutic practices to promote health and healing.
Unity will reimburse subscribers and their covered spouse or domestic partner up to $50 each per calendar year for the following services:

Please note: Integrative Medicine services received from participating Unity medical providers, such as hospitals and chiropractors, do not qualify for reimbursement. Also, tips and gratuities are not reimbursable.
To receive your reimbursement, follow the coupon instructions. Remember to attach your itemized receipt. Please note: Submissions with a credit card receipt that does not contain the provider's name, client's name, date of service and description of service, and therapist's name and license number, will be returned to you.
