Unity's Fitness First Program is an exercise reward program for subscribers and their spouses, if also Unity members, who are at least 18 years of age. Subscribers and their spouses can either earn a combined total of $200 each calendar year or they can choose to exercise for prizes. Read the Frequently Asked Questions about Fitness First.

Follow these easy steps...

Step 1 - Choose your reward
Decide if you would like to work out for cash or prizes.

Step 2 - Select a health club
If you choose to work out for cash, you must select a participating health club.

Step 3 - Enroll & Track Workouts
To participate in Fitness First, you need to enroll in the program before you can begin working toward your chosen reward.

Step 4 - Choose your Prize [PDF], Sign the Tracking Form, and Mail to Unity
