Unity offers a variety of HMO plans to meet your needs. These plans allow your employees to select a Primary Care Physician and obtain most elective (non-emergency) health care services through a defined network of providers, hospitals and other health care professionals.
For groups with 2-5 enrolled employees, your company must be located in Unity’s 20 county service area.
For groups with 6 or more enrolled employees, your company must be located in Unity’s 20 county service area to be eligible for the HMO plan and any of the following multi-plan offerings:

Health Savings Accounts
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are tax-exempt accounts established for paying qualified medical expenses. HSAs are designed to help individuals save for qualified medical and retiree health care expenses on a tax-free basis. An HSA must be used in conjunction with a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), which includes Unity's Individual and Group HMO plan, and Group PPO and POS plans.
