Accessing Health Care

Durable Medical Equipment:

Locate Durable Medical Equipment, Home Health, or Home Infusion Therapy providers, by calling Unity Customer Service at 1-800-362-3310

Prescription Medications

Use your Navitus Health Solutions, LLC ID card to fill prescriptions. Or, show your Medicare Card if you are a Local Government Participant enrolled in Medicare Part D.
