Ask an Expert is moving to MyChart!
If you currently communicate with Unity Customer Service through Ask an Expert within MyUnity, this option will no longer be available as of October 17. As part of the transition, you will no longer have access to your message center within MyUnity so make sure to save any messages you’d like to keep.
On October 18, you will be able to send a message to Unity Customer Service through Ask an Expert within MyChart. Just click Send a Message in the left-hand navigation. To use the Ask an Expert feature within MyChart just make sure you have an active MyChart account.
