The clock is ticking! We’re less than a month away from launching MyChart, our new online member portal.

Since October 18 is just around the corner, get connected to access your explanation of benefits, your benefit and claims information and authorizations as well as other electronic communications today!

Why wait? Signing up is easy. Just follow these steps:

Request Your Account
Complete the online form and an activation code will be mailed to your home within 10 days.
Activate Your Account
Complete the activation process using the code on your activation letter. You will be asked to create a unique username and password to use for future logins.

Not sure about becoming a MyChart member? These are just a few of the benefits you’ll experience:

Convenient access to your Unity benefit and claims information 24/7
Secure online communication with Unity Customer Service
Electronic communications including your explanation of benefits
Flexibility to request enrollment changes including adding or removing dependents

Ask an Expert is Moving

Ask an Expert is moving to MyChart!

If you currently communicate with Unity Customer Service through Ask an Expert within MyUnity, this option will no longer be available as of October 17. As part of the transition, you will no longer have access to your message center within MyUnity so make sure to save any messages you’d like to keep.

On October 18, you will be able to send a message to Unity Customer Service through Ask an Expert within MyChart. Just click Send a Message in the left-hand navigation. To use the Ask an Expert feature within MyChart just make sure you have an active MyChart account.
