Incentive Programs to help Maintain Healthy Lifestyles

Unity’s Health and Wellness Rewards programs offer a variety of incentives to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To be eligible for financial and other rewards, you must be a Unity member from the time you begin the program through completion.

Fitness First 
Fitness First is Unity’s exercise reward program for subscribers and their covered spouses who are at least 18 years of age. You and your covered spouse can earn prizes or a combined total of $200 each calendar year  for working out.

Fitness First for Kids
This program is an exercise reward program for dependents between the ages of 5 and 18. Kids can earn prizes for regular exercise.

Health First
This program provides discounts on products and services that help create positive changes in your personal health. Examples are massage therapy, acupuncture and similar services that are not covered by insurance.

Living Well With Chronic Conditions
This program teaches people with chronic conditions to better manage their health.

Wellness First
This program reimburses members 50% of the cost of health-related classes up to $50 per member per year.  Examples include nutrition, First Aid, CPR, stress management and weight management.

Weight Watchers®
This program reimburses members 50% of the first 6 months of Weight Watchers meetings up to a one-time payment of $130.

Active Living and Learning
This program helps members newly diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes, Glucose intolerance or Metabolic syndrome to manage or prevent diabetes.  Members are reimbursed their initial deposit at the end of the 1 year program.

Harbor Weight Loss Institute
Members who complete this comprehensive wellness program receive a  $400 reimbursement plus 2 free months of membership.

Lifestyle Improvement through Nutrition and Exercise (LINE)
This program reimburses members 50% of the cost of a pre-approved comprehensive lifestyle or weight management program, up to a one-time payment of $130.

Integrative Medicine
This program reimburses subscribers and their covered spouse $50 each per calendar year for receiving acupuncture, Healing Touch, FeldenkraisTM, massage therapy and bodywork services provided by UW Health Integrative Medicine, a Fitness First participating health club or a Health First vendor.

Community Supported Agriculture 
Produce share purchases are reimbursed up to $50 per calendar year for subscribers with single coverage and up to $100 per calendar year for subscribers with family coverage.

This program offers the chance to enter a drawing for a bicycle, helmet or cash awards if your toddler is fully immunized by age 2.

Receive your Postpartum Check-up 4 to 6 weeks after delivery and receive a $15 gift card
