Select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to manage your care. If you do not select a PCP, one will be automatically assigned to you. Your PCP may be a:
Visit Find a Doctor and click on "Search by Primary Care Physician" for a list available PCPs.
Make an appointment
Contact your PCP when you need non-emergency care. Keep in mind that you may be able to schedule an earlier appointment if you see a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Changing your PCP
If you want to change the PCP listed on your ID card, login to MyChart and complete the online PCP change form.
