Unity supports all HIPAA-compliant electronic transactions. The companion documents listed on this page are not intended to replace the HIPAA guides; rather they clarify which segments, elements and codes are meaningful to our internal systems. All fields required by the HIPAA guides should be submitted even if the companion documents do not reference them specifically.
