MyUnity Enhancements

Practitioner Newsletter - Issue 3, 2011
We’re getting closer to rolling out the enhancements to MyUnity. Coming October 18, 2011, prior authorizations and remittance advices will be available within MyUnity.

As part of adding remittance advices online, we’ll be changing the look and adding more information. To help you with the new format, we’ve created a guide. (See Remittance Advice Explanation)

As part of the transition to the new remittance advice, you may be receiving two remittance advices —one that looks like the version below and another like the previous version. If you receive a new remittance advice, you may see an adjustment called AP Claims Hold back. The details related to the AP Claims Hold back are on the previous version of the remittance advice.

Plus, don’t forget about the new account set-up process. If you haven’t been in touch with your provider coordinator, make sure to contact her so you and your staff have the information you need this fall.

And, if you don’t have a MyUnity account and would like to have one set up, just contact your provider coordinator.
